Bell times

It's important for students to arrive on time each day. If your child is running late, please contact our front office.

The school day will begin at 8.55am and end at 3.25pm. The average school day is divided into 5 lessons. Sometimes, for Year 11 and 12 students, additional periods will be scheduled before and after school times.

Monday

Tuesday - Friday

Recess

Students are given a 50 minute break each morning. The break is split into two 25 minute halves. During this time, students are able to play, participate in extra curricular activities and read in the library. They may also be required to complete detention. All students are expected to remain on site during recess.

Lunch

Students will be allowed a 25 minute break each day for lunch. It is an opportunity for students to use the bathroom, have a light snack and a drink. Students are expected to remain on school grounds during this time.

Assemblies/Year group meetings

Every Monday the school will either have a scheduled assembly or year group meeting. This is a way for students to keep up to date with what’s happening at school and to be recognised for their achievements.
