GHS Students Explore Deadly Pathways 2026
On Wednesday, Beni, Kye, Noah, John and Bella got a taste of university life at CSU’s Deadly Pathways Festival 2026 in Wagga Wagga.
The festival gave students the opportunity to experience what it is like to attend university. They also got to learn about study and career pathways in technology, health, education, science and community services.
“The students participated in hands-on activities and workshops, asked questions and engaged with First Nations role models,” explains supervising teacher Keith Wells, “They also interacted with representatives from organisations such as DeadlyScience.”
Charles Sturt University placed an emphasis on the support available to our kids as First Nations students. Ultimately, the festival celebrated First Nations achievement while encouraging Indigenous students to explore tertiary education.
